Great experience at ZIPS Car Wash in Rock Hill! Got the Premium wash and my car came out spotless. The free vacuums have great suction. Definitely coming back!

Bree was so helpful on my visit very kind and soft talking. I was hesitant to get a wash that had tire shine because the last wash I went to it slung it alllll over my vehicle. She assured me that this location doesn’t have that issue and explained the other options as well. I ended up doing the $24 wash and was VERY pleased with my experience.

I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the car wash itself does a great job—my car always comes out very clean. I accidentally left my key inside my car, and George immediately offered to help by driving me back home to get my key since I live nearby on Celanese, instead of letting me walk. That was incredibly kind and above-and-beyond service. Thank you so much, Sir George, for your help and excellent customer service!

If you’re looking for the absolute gold standard in car care, look no further than Express ZIPS Car Wash on Cherry Road. After the brutal winter spells we’ve had, when salt, grime, and road residue tried their best to defeat my vehicle, this team didn’t just clean my car — they restored it. George, the manager, is the definition of leadership and professionalism. His patience is unmatched, especially during the busy post-winter rush. He doesn’t just manage — he serves. He goes above and beyond in ways you don’t see anymore. He takes the time to make sure every customer feels valued, heard, and completely satisfied. That level of care is rare. And then there’s Tevin Culp — truly an exceptional attendant. You can tell immediately that he takes immense pride in his position. His attention to detail, humility, and respectful demeanor set him apart. He treats every vehicle like it’s his own and every customer with genuine kindness. In an age where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, Tevin brings heart back into the experience. The Cherry Road location doesn’t just wash cars — they deliver excellence, integrity, and top-tier service every single time. I leave not only with a

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Despite signing up for the basic membership, I was billed for their premier service for several months. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the result was a car just as dirty as when I arrived as shown in the attached photos of a car that just received the “premier” wash. The site manager acknowledged the error and confirmed I definitely wasn’t receiving a premier wash, but stated I had to contact customer service online to rectify the situation. What's more frustrating is the abysmal customer service. Despite providing conclusive photos and the manager's confirmation, I was met with a rigid 'no-refund' policy. This car wash represents everything wrong with service industries—deceptive charges, incompetent equipment (which the manager stated needed updating), and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place and seek a car wash that respects its customers and actually delivers on their promises. Given the utter ineffectiveness of their customer service, I'm left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. Despite clear evidence and the site manager's acknowledgment, t
